Keep your home cozy year-round! The BayREN EASE Home Program helps income-eligible households in Contra Costa County upgrade their home’s insulation and ductwork for a fraction of the cost.
BayREN covers up to 80% of project costs. Customers are responsible for the remaining 20%. Average project costs range between $5,000 and $7,000.
